    Shed was sorted by sales man who kept us up to date on all proceedings. Delivery date was set & delivery driver rang & supplied approximate time of delivery, very helpful driver. THANK YOU

    Sent an email through on the 28th January 2021 requesting a quote for a carport. No response! I phoned McHugh Steel mid-February, spoke to office staff member and was informed someone would contact me that day. No phone call! Spoke to another office staff member today (12/3/2021) and was transferred to a salesperson. Phone rang out! If you don't want the business just say so!

    I got a quote for an out door area. Took 3 weeks & then it wasn't what I wanted. Went to talk to the quoter and he redid the quote in 15 minutes. Then it cost another $2.5 k. I was ready to pay up to $30k for this job but after being stuffed around im looking else where for some one that doesn't want to rip me of.

    Arranged a time for sales rep to give quote on a carport. Did not show up, no phone call, nothing. If you don't want the job just say so instead of stuffing people around. Management might like to give their sales reps some customer training.
