She was kind and most helpful and despite offering to pay for the help, Allie did not accept. It's so nice to see such kindness and helpfulness in the retail industry. A great business and people!

After using it the first time the sock detached from its attachment because it was too short of the hose. When I took it back the man tried to attach it and tore the sock. I was expected to be happy with this and was made to feel like I was being unreasonable for not accepting the torn sock. I asked for a refund, it was given grudgingly.
